This book appears to be brand new, tight, pristine binding. However it has been stained on the top right hand corner from page 97 to the end (the back cover is fine though - no stains there). Have no idea how this happened, but it did turn that corner of the pages a brownish color. Does not obscure the reading, but I'm afraid you couldn't sell it.
